In March of 2018 we signed a contract for almost $27,000 to install 12 windows. It was not until Oct.

2018 that they completed the project. So many miscommunications, wrong measurements on windows, different stain color on most windows. In all 8 workers installed the windows. During the winter we noticed that it seemed so much colder in the house and that all windows we frosting up.

We had two workers come out in the spring but they could not convince us that the windows we insulated properly. Finally in May of 2019 a new supervisor came out and showed me some windows with no insulation. Finally in July a new crew came out and took off all trim and found that NONE of the windows were foamed insulated on the outside or insulated with fiberglass on the inside. They could not believe what they saw.

NO INSULATION! The main supervisor tried to get a compensation refund of $500 for loss heating costs but with no luck. One of Renewal by Andersen advertising items is that your heating costs will go down. Must be installed correctly for that to happen.

We are going to tell everyone we come in contact with how bad a company they are. TOTAL RIP OFF!

Reason of review: compensation.

Monetary Loss: $1.

Preferred solution: $500 for loss heating costs.

Renewal By Andersen Pros: In recent months they have hired better workers.

Renewal By Andersen Cons: Not worth the money, Poor communication, Poor workmanship.
