Terrible customer care. Failure to care

Mike Noel of Renewal by Anderson Cranford,NJwill not fix my storm door. Since date of install it has been an epic fail.

He will waste money sending incompetent service people who have made the situation worse. I can not open the front door because it doesnt latch closed and my dog breaks free. The screen turns into itself and falls out of the window. I gave lost 2 days of work and 2 Saturdays for an issue I did not create.

Mike Noel will not send someone at the end of my work day because its over time I guess he feels my time is if no value.

I really can not believe that a company this big treats people so poorly. I have been able to get the storm door manufacturer to commit to send a new door but Mike Noel of the Cranford, Nj office refuses to cooperate.

Very expensive windows and the job was left unfinished its been 5 month since they started the install and its only half finished, I have not heard back from anyone. I spent 13k on windows install. I messaged the supervisor and nothing no response, terrible company will never use again. I would recommend to use small local business these big companys are just horrible!

Over 20 windows purchased constantly having to have them adjusted and now will not close. Refusing to stand behind your product shame on you! For the last seven years trying to get you to stand by your product. My windows are now 11 years old and nothing but problems. Worst company ever!

I received over 30 calls in 4 days when I did not request a quote

I have received over 30 calls from Renewal by Anderson, in less than a week. I answered the phone ONCE and said I was not interested, After that, I received 20 more calls. I merely looked up an Anderson window replacement on the Home Depot site, never asked for a quote, never left my phone #, FNA STOP CALLING ME!!!

False advertising. In their advertising i.e. tv commercials, hosts on tv shows, they fail to bring up what Counties they will provide service

Called to inquire about replacing windows in residential home and take advantage of special offers. After a lengthy wait on the phone, they do not service outside the greater Houston area. They never mention this as a disclaimer in all of their advertisements promoting their product. The person answering the phone was rude after she found out I was outside their service area.

Installation of storm door

I purchased this storm door from Mike Noel, of Cranford NJ Renewal by Anderson. The storm door has been addressed 5 times and still his service department has failed to fix the problems. The door does not shut.My dog got out and was almost hit by on coming traffic. The screen continues to buckle so I cant close the window once open. At this point the screen is barely hanging on. The Cranford,NJ branch keeps sending the same men who have no idea how to fix the problem and yet I continue to make my payments.

Extremely disappointed

Started the process of design and order in July 2021. Was told by our salesman that it would take 10-12 weeks.

It is now the end of March 2022 and still no product. Our salesman has completely ignored us for the last four months and there is absolutely no communication or follow up. We have to call every few weeks to get a progress report because we are a little nervous of giving them 10,000. We have been told several different stories of why it is taking so long, such as they are short on workers to the supply chain issue to its taking longer since our order is a special order.

Arent all window and doors for a sunroom special order because of different measurements? I can only hope that for 30,000. the end result is way way better then what we have dealt with so far!!!

I will be submitting a new review if and when our sunroom ever gets finished. Very disappointed in the false promises and mis information and lack of communication!!!

I have a huge window for which my insurance is paying all but the $1000 deductible to replace. I spoke to a representative who made me feel less worthy of your product by pointing out twice that you make high end windows.

Even after I stated I would be paying my deductible plus any difference. How dare he make me feel like garbage just because I chose to use my home owners insurance as it is intended. I will tell everyone how this company thinks they are such high end windows that my money is not good enough for them. Disgusting customer service representatives talk to customers s this man did.

He treated me like if I was not paying cash on my own maybe I don't stand up to the standards of such a high quality.

I will have you know I am much better than that and would rather support and higher a small business company before being treat like the dirt on the bottom of your shoe. Have a great day

My date of installation was moved up if I consented , I agreed an asked if the installers could come early or 8am. If not able please call me. I never received a call an I called the morning Complain

The installers didnt show as directed by supervisors an I never got a call, so I called corporate to explain why I was not satisfied, Im waiting to get a call back from corporate

On December 2, 2021 Renewal installed a temporary screen door to be used until the original ordered door arrives from the factory in February. Since my initial complaint all interactions have been professional and prompt.

We ordered our window in August. The installation was delayed past the original date. The door was installed and at the very end of the installation the worker said the screen was back ordered. I have now been informed that the screen will not be delivered until after February of next year. The company has already processed their final payment. The representative from the company is very argumentative and says he has no control over the parent company. I was told all materials are made and manufactured in the USA. I would not recommend this company. I suggest all customer facing employees get training on conflict resolution. Do NOT purchase from this company until all world wide supply chain issues are resolved.

Bad customer service/warranty issues

Installed wrong window & they did not want to replace it. I had to do a charge back on credit card before they came back out to replace. I called several times to get warranty for my screen replacement and still no call back!! I would not recommend this company.

Deceit in advertising

You ABSOLUTELY ARE LYING to the pubic by comparing vinyl fence with vinyl windows. If I had the money, I'd take your *** to court. You lie about this because of the advantages of maintenance free building products in general, compared to wood, decaying products. You cannot address the problem honestly because you would lose.

Drafty, Expensive, Shady Pricing

Buying RBA windows is the biggest regret of my life. Thats how bad they are. Foolish me paid $40k for 11 windows and a sliding door only for my house to become so cold that we have to go outside in the spring to warm up and crank the heat in the winter to stay warm. RBA Windows are drafty, often fog up and get condensation on the inside. I must have been out of my mind when I agreed to this madness. My once cozy year round home has become a source of frustration. The technicians come over and say, Its working as expected. And then start mansplaining to me. Someone whos worked construction and owned her own handy person business. These are terrible windows. Do NOT buy!
